Waveboard PRO
In it’s basic version Waveboard is already a very powerful tool to make the work with Google Wave more enjoyable. But the Waveboard PRO License for only 9 EUR will give you these additional features:
Advanced Notifications
The build in notification informations of Google Wave are not very informative. Therefore Waveboard offers a more explicit way to show you the latest changes in the status menu. Waves that have changed since the last time you looked at them will be listed in the status menu. They show how many changes occurred and on mouse over the tooltip shows the last changes.
Print Wave
Printing waves from a normal browser often results in something that looks like a screenshot of what you see in the browser and often is not more than one page. What you really want is to print the contents of the current wave you are looking at. This is what Waveboard does, it strips the surrounding elements and prepares a printable document. You can also easily save the wave as PDF from the printing dialog.
Save Wave
The “Save Wave As” command works similar to the print command. It also strips not needed elements and javascript code from the page it saves as a Webarchive. Webarchive can be read by Safari and many other browsers. This is an ideal format to store the contents of a wave on your disk or send it to people that don’t use wave or do not participate in that wave.
Hide Dock Icon
Space in the dock is precious, Waveboard helps to save space by optionally hiding its icon. You can still access the principal functions from the status menu. The only drawback is, that the main window has no own menu.
